Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. Prepare and analyze timely and accurate financial statements. Ensure compliance with tax requirements and other regulatory standards. Oversee cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury management. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Provide actionable insights and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred). 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Inventory accounting experience is required Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
