Apply for this role →Wolff Horticultural Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Crew Lead to oversee a crew of 3–5 team members. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong landscape maintenance skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards across multiple properties.
Job Requirements:
Valid driver's license is held for a minimum of 3 years.
Experience leading and supervising a landscape maintenance crew of 3–5 employees.
Proficient in trimming, hedging, weeding, and general landscape maintenance.
Experience operating 21", 28", and 36" walk-behind mowers, as well as ride-on mowers.
Basic knowledge of irrigation systems, including identifying common issues and performing minor adjustments.
Ability to organize daily tasks, direct crew members, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude.
