Labor and Employment Counsel

Duties: Oversee all phases of litigation. Serve as lead or day-to-day case manager. Supervise associates and staff. Act as a primary client contact. Contribute to business development and client relationship growth.

Requirements: Minimum eight years of employment litigation experience. Active member of the California bar. Strong project management skills. Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously. Significant deposition and courtroom experience. Experience with employment advice and counseling preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications: Active California bar membership. Skills Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication and client management skills. Proficiency in case strategy development.
