LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Erickson Senior Living seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, resident-first care in our continuing care retirement community. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on nursing services, including medication administration, monitoring changes in condition, wound care, and documentation in our EHR. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans that promote seniors’ safety, comfort, and independence. Provide direct nursing care to senior residents in assisted living and skilled nursing settings Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions using EHR systems Support care planning and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Educate residents and families on care plans, treatments, and wellness practices Uphold infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards in all care activities Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring smooth transitions Mentor and support nursing assistants to maintain high-quality, resident-first care Patient assessment Medication administration Wound care IV therapy (where permitted) Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Vital signs monitoring Care planning support Infection control Geriatric nursing care Communication with interdisciplinary teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active LPN license in the state of practice BLS/CPR certification Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred Familiarity with EHR systems Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations preferred
