Description: Freeman Lovell is growing its Corporate Group and looking for a Corporate M&A Attorney to join as a Senior Associate or Lateral Partner. No existing book of business is required to apply. Here, the attorney is the main character, not the firm: you get the autonomy of a solo practice with the bench of an established commercial law firm behind you. If you have a strong M&A background (deal structuring, due diligence, purchase agreements, closings) and want real flexibility with no artificial ceiling on how far you go, we want to hear from you.

What we're looking for: JD + Utah bar license (or ability to be admitted by motion) 5+ years of business/M&A transaction experience (Senior Associate), or 7+ years with a $100K+ portable book of business (Lateral Partner) Comfort managing the full deal lifecycle, from LOI to closing Why Freeman Lovell : fully remote, low overhead, a path to practice ownership, and a firm built around attorney autonomy.
