Senior IPT Lead, RF Systems & Production

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an IPT Lead with a strong background in RF integration and test to guide a production transition for a high-visibility program. The role requires leadership, clear communication, and tight coordination across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams. The candidate must hold an active Secret clearance with potential SAP clearance and be onsite at the BWI facility on first shift. Travel up to 10% may be required.
