Audit Senior/ Manager – Public Accounting – Hybrid

Overview: A growing CPA firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking experienced audit professionals to join its practice. The firm offers a flexible remote/hybrid schedule and serves clients across a wide variety of industries. This role is central to managing client engagements, developing staff, and ensuring high-quality audit and accounting services.

What you'll do: Plan, direct, and complete audits for multiple clients across various industries Manage all phases of project and engagement management Review financial statements and related technical accounting issues Develop and manage staff (for Audit Manager role) Work closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development (for Audit Manager role) Serve as the primary contact for an assigned group of clients (for Audit Manager role) Handle multiple engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced team environment

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required For Audit Manager: CPA and five to seven years of progressive audit experience in public accounting Excellent analytical and technical skills Strong client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment Proficiency with computer/PC applications, including audit-preparation software, and an understanding of the impact of technology Why this role This position offers the opportunity to manage diverse client engagements at a growing public accounting firm with a flexible hybrid/remote work schedule.
