About the Facility Location: The assignment area is one of the most historically significant cities in the United States, offering clinicians access to a range of cultural, historical, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Walking trails such as the Freedom Trail and the Black Heritage Trail in Beacon Hill provide opportunities for historical exploration, while institutions including the Museum of Science and the Museum of Fine Arts offer cultural programming. Distinct neighborhoods featuring cobblestone streets, food tours, and architectural character, alongside live performances and local markets, complement the range of activities available throughout the area. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient endocrinology services on a day shift schedule, managing 16 patients per day structured as 8 visits in the morning and 8 visits in the afternoon, with 30 minutes allotted per patient. Clinical responsibilities include the evaluation and management of general endocrinology cases, with a focus on thyroid patients, thyroid medication management, and bone cases for an adult patient population. Coverage is available on a hybrid basis, with the position open to telehealth or on-site delivery. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment, and board certification in endocrinology along with prescriptive authority are required.
