About the Role:
Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health team providing psychiatric services in skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities. This position focuses on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing behavioral health care for adult and geriatric patients in facility-based settings. Providers work collaboratively with medical teams while maintaining autonomy in their clinical practice. Compensation
Base Salary: $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
- Diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders in adult and geriatric populations
- Provide medication management and treatment planning
- Collaborate with facility staff, physicians, and care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Provide ongoing follow-up care and adjust treatment plans as needed
