We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Equipment Operator for a temporary-to-hire position within our cold storage facility. The primary responsibility of this role is the safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment, specifically forklifts and reach trucks, to manage product movement. Equipment Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm) Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts (FL) and Crown reach trucks to pull, move, and stack pallets. Ensure accurate and timely movement of materials within the cold storage environment. Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Equipment Operator Qualifications:
Proven experience operating a Reach Truck. Proven experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift. Comfortable working consistently in a cold storage environment Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or distribution center setting. Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
