Apply for this role →Job Description:
We’re looking for a Precast Production Craftsman to join our team and help turn raw materials into the concrete structures that support roads, utilities, construction projects, and communities throughout the region.
This is a hands-on, physical manufacturing position for someone who likes working with their hands, solving problems, learning new skills, and seeing a tangible result at the end of the day. You don’t need to know precast concrete when you walk through our doors—we can teach you the trade. What matters most is that you show up, work hard, pay attention to detail, and take pride in what you build.
What You'll Do:
As a Precast Production Craftsman, you’ll be involved in the process of building precast concrete products from start to finish. Your day may include:
Preparing and assembling concrete forms
Installing rebar, embeds, hardware, and other components
Placing and finishing concrete
Stripping and cleaning forms
Using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Reading basic drawings, measurements, and production instructions
Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
Safely moving materials and finished products
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next pour
Working as part of a team to keep production moving safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who:
Shows up ready to work and takes pride in doing the job right
Is dependable and works well as part of a team
Has a strong attention to detail
Is comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Can lift, carry, push, pull, bend, kneel, and work on their feet throughout the day
Is willing to learn new skills and equipment
Can follow safety procedures and production instructions
Has good mechanical or construction instincts
Takes ownership of their work and doesn't need to be chased down to get things done
Previous construction, concrete, manufacturing, welding, fabrication, rebar, carpentry, or industrial experience is a plus—but not required.
What Makes This Job Different?
You’re not just making another widget.
You’ll learn how to build real, heavy-duty precast concrete products that become part of infrastructure people depend on every day.
You’ll learn a skilled trade, work alongside people who know the industry, and have the opportunity to grow your skills over time.
If you like the idea of working with your hands, building something tangible, and being able to point at something at the end of the day and say, “I helped make that,” you might fit right in.
The Work Environment:
This is a busy precast manufacturing environment. The work can be physically demanding, and you’ll spend much of your day on your feet, working around concrete, steel, forms, tools, equipment, and other production activities.
We take safety seriously, but we also believe work doesn't have to feel miserable. We want people who work hard, look out for their coworkers, and take pride in being part of the team.
Growth Opportunities
We believe in developing people from within. As you gain experience, there are opportunities to learn additional production skills, equipment, processes, and responsibilities.
Whether you’re coming in with years of construction experience or looking for your first opportunity in a skilled trade, we’re interested in what you can become—not just what you already know.
Qualifications
Required:
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work safely in a physical production environment
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willingness to learn
Preferred:
Construction, concrete, manufacturing, fabrication, welding, carpentry, or industrial experience
Experience using hand or power tools
Ability to read basic measurements or construction drawings
Forklift, crane, or other equipment experience
Join the Team
If you’re looking for a job where you can work with your hands, learn a trade, build something real, and go home knowing what you accomplished that day, we’d like to meet you. Apply today for the Precast Production Craftsman position.
