Manufacturing Engineer

Salary Range: $60,966 - $85,694. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Responsibilities: Principal activities performed by the incumbent include:

• Provide on-going technical support for manufacturing operations after project installation.
• Drive technical advancement, solving problems and unique challenges.
• Contract specialty vendors, actively partnering with vendors to implement design specifications, install and or refurbish manufacturing and packaging technologies.
• Identify and implement shop-floor continuous improvement (CI) projects.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (OEE, CI, Lean implementation) across the manufacturing function
• Optimize equipment and process functionality
• Drives cGMP compliant equipment design, will alter existing design using AutoCADTMImplement control systems, PLC programming of highly automated manufacturing technologies
