Incentives & Compensation:$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time Shift Differential for PM & NOC shifts Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles=higher rateEarly wage access via TapCheckTime and a half after 40 hours in a week!!! *Sign-on bonuses are paid bi-weekly over 26 pay periods. See facility for details. Staffing RatioAM: 1-13PM: 1-13NOC:1-30
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Support resident care plans and maintain clinical documentation
- Supervise and guide CNA staff
- Ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort
- Collaborate with Nurse Managers and the interdisciplinary care team Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
