Glaucoma Ophthalmologist - $50,000-$75,000 Sign-on Bonus + Equity Share! - Cincinnati, OH –We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Cincinnati, Ohio! –Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! –We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area! Practice Details Strong surgical volume: 400-1,000 procedures annually Updated technology and robust support MDs supported with at least 1 Tech and Scribe as volume builds Support of ODs! Call shared equally among MDs and ODs Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative, growth-oriented group for new grads! Low turnover rate (4%) Average 30-40 patients/day Collegial group with strong collaboration!
