We are seekig an option or technician to work with an optical team, ensuring high-quality customer service. Reporting directly to the owner, fthis role involves overseeing eyewear selection and maintaining a range of optical equipment, including standard lensometers, advanced digital tools, and specialty diagnostic machines. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and requires a strong focus on customer communication, attention to detail, and problem solving.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support Fit lenses accurately and assist with eyewear selection Maintain and operate optical equipment effectively Adjust frames for optimal fit Ensure compliance with company standards and quality control
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in optical services High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with lensometry and frame adjustment Strong customer communication skills Excellent attention to detail Effective problem-solving abilities\nCompany
