Part-Time Guest Experience Concierge

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Guest Information Representative to warmly welcome guests, patients and visitors, explain visitation rules, and assist with transportation when needed. This part-time role, Monday–Friday 2:00pm–4:00pm, offers opportunities for additional hours based on coverage needs. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
