Head of Outdoor Education & STEM Programs

Boyce Thompson Arboretum in Superior, Arizona, seeks a Director of Education to provide strategic direction for the Education Department and to partner with Copper Corridor Community to develop STEM programs aligned with the Arboretum’s mission. The incumbent also oversees onsite educational programming and volunteer engagement. The role requires expertise in desert ecology, curriculum development, and community partnerships, with responsibility for budget, grant activity, and outreach to
