Senior Attorney
We are seeking an experienced Washington Family Law Senior Attorneyfor a senior-level position with agenuine path to equity ownership and firm leadership .Key Responsibilities:
Handle complex family-law matters, including divorce/dissolution, parenting plans, child support, maintenance, property division, and enforcement.
Independently manage an active caseload and represent clients in contested proceedings.
Mentor attorneys and supervise paralegals and legal staff.
Contribute to case management, quality control, recruiting, and firm operations.
Participate in leadership and long-term business development.
Requirements:
Licensed and in good standing with the Washington State Bar.
Substantial Washington family-law experience.
Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and client-service skills.
Leadership mindset and interest in building a long-term career with the firm.
