Reports To: Production Supervisor

Position Summary: Responsible for disassembling and reassembling vehicle interiors following the armoring process. Ensures proper installation, adjustment, electrical connections, functionality, safety, and high-quality finish of vehicle interiors and armored glass.

Key Responsibilities: Disassemble vehicle interiors and safely protect removed components. Reassemble and adjust upholstery, dashboards, door panels, consoles, carpet, roof trim, and seats. Install and reconnect dashboards, wiring, airbags, seat belts, modules, lights, windows, sensors, alarms, and audio systems. Diagnose electrical issues using a multimeter, scanner, and electrical diagrams. Install and adjust armored glass, including window lift systems and fixed-glass sealing/adhesives. Inspect finished interiors for proper fit, alignment, functionality, and noise. Perform final cleaning/detailing before vehicle delivery. Document work completed and report technical issues to the supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Requirements: Technical high school/trade education in automotive electronics, electrical, or maintenance preferred.2+ years of automotive electrical and interior installation experience. Strong knowledge of automotive wiring, fuses, relays, electrical systems, and diagnostics. Experience with automotive interiors, finishes, and modern electronic systems. Ability to read electrical diagrams and use hand/power tools. Experience with armored vehicles, automotive customization, restoration, or armored glass is a plus. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, troubleshooting skills, and commitment to quality.
