Senior Estimator – Complex Mechanical Construction

MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the development of accurate, competitive estimates for complex projects across our Seattle, Spokane, Kennewick and Portland offices. You will mentor estimators and partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive profitable work. The role requires deep understanding of trade means & methods, site visits, and clear storytelling of the estimate rationale. Compensation reflects seniority and regional market norms.
