Director of FP&A | Consumer Lending Platform

The Role: This is a senior FP&A position with significant exposure to executive leadership and the wider finance organisation. You’ll lead complex financial analysis and modelling, support strategic decision-making and help the business understand performance, profitability and future growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do: Lead financial modelling, valuation and forecasting across the business Build and maintain sophisticated DCF and financial models Analyse business performance, profitability and key financial drivers Support financing strategy and strategic investment decisions Partner closely with Accounting, Capital Markets and senior leadership Develop analytical tools and improve forecasting processes Build reporting and presentations for executive leadership Enhance financial reporting and analytics using Excel, Power BI, SQL and other systems What We’re Looking For 8–12+ years of experience across FP&A, valuation, investment banking, consulting, Big Four or financial institutions Strong financial modelling and DCF experience Experience with valuation / fair value methodologies Background in consumer finance, lending, fintech, banking or specialty finance Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders Experience with SQL, Power BI or other BI tools is a plus Package$180,000–$230,000 base salary Stock options 401(k) with company match Medical, dental and vision Generous parental leave Flexible PTOTuition reimbursement Wellness benefits If you’re a senior FP&A or strategic finance professional with experience across financial modelling, lending or consumer finance, I’d be keen to hear from you.
