Maintenance Supervisor

What You'll Do: Lead and support maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment and facility systems. Develop and execute preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and performance. Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions. Drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting cost-saving projects across the site. Requirements: Required Bachelor's degree.3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
