Workday HR Functional Consultant

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to support Workday implementations, enhancements, configuration, testing, and HR transformation initiatives. The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design Workday solutions, and support successful delivery. End-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience is required.

Responsibilities: Act as the Functional Consultant for Workday HCMimplementations and enhancements. Conduct requirements-gathering workshops andfit-gap analysis. Translate business requirements into Workdayfunctional designs. Configure and support Workday HCM modules andbusiness processes. Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams. Support data migration, testing, defectresolution, and production deployment. Prepare functional specifications, processdocumentation, and training materials. Provide post-go-live support. Identify and implement continuous processimprovements. Ensure solutions align with HR policies, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills: Extensive experience as a Workday HCMFunctional Consultant. Mandatory: Workday Core HR.End-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience. Strong experience with:
