Senior Facility Asset & Energy Assessor

The Building People, LLC, seeks a Senior Facility Site Accessor to support a federal client at a secure campus in Washington, DC. You will apply mechanical engineering expertise across MEP systems, facility condition and energy assessments, BAS, and lifecycle cost planning. You will travel up to 50% to conduct field surveys, coordinate with government stakeholders, and validate existing conditions. A strong background in facility condition assessments and asset management is required.
