Apply for this role →Job Title Vos missions en quelques mots The Deputy Chief of Udap will have the following missions: Promote a quality architecture, urbanism, and landscape;– advice to elected officials for sustainable urbanization of the territory respectful of landscapes;– advice to individuals and project owners in the realization of urban or architectural projects;– awareness of the quality of constructions and the enhancement of natural and built spaces;– follow-up of the elaboration of urban planning documents (SCOT, PLU, CC).– follow-up of action heart of the city, small cities of tomorrow...– follow-up of structuring projects Control and manage protected areas:- examination of projects and opinions on requests for authorization to work in protected areas (perimeters and MH approaches, sites, SPR, etc.) within the framework of the laws and regulations in force;- follow-up of structuring projects, opinions on wind and agrivoltaic projects, follow-up of studies.- animate the town planning commissions in the municipalities.- Participate and follow the "heart of the city" actions Ensure the preservation and enhancement of historical monuments:- health monitoring of protected MH and scientific and technical control on classified and registered MH in liaison with the CRMH;- technical opinion on requests for works on MH and follow-up of maintenance works, scientific and technical control on MH;- opinion on works for obtaining the foundation heritage label; As a deputy chief of service, he/she participates in the definition of the policy and strategic actions of the service as well as in the supervision/management of the agents. Profile Sought Expertise in architecture, urbanism, landscape, heritage, construction and history of architecture. Knowledge of the legislation in the different fields of intervention. Ability to include its activity in a work in network with the different institutional and private partners. Reactivity in the face of numerous requests and ability to prioritize and organize its work. Experience in the field of master of works. Mastery of computer tools. Good written and oral expression. Ability to argue and convince. Ability to pilot, direct a team, to respect and make respect the safety instructions (MH and construction sites)
