Technical Operations Lead Remote AI Workflow Engineer

Ethos, a leading AI lab network, seeks experienced technical operations leads to train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own production capacity planning, BOM packages, QA reports, and supplier qualification tasks across critical workflows. We expect hands-on engineering/ops experience, ability to craft expert-grade docs and slides, and strong written communication. This remote, flexible role starts ASAP with 5–20 hours weekly.
