Cabinet & Millwork Estimator

Key Responsibilities: Review architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and project documents Prepare detailed material and labor estimates Perform quantity takeoffs for cabinetry, millwork, countertops, and related products Analyze project specifications and identify potential issues or discrepancies Prepare accurate pricing and proposals Obtain pricing from vendors and suppliers when necessary Work closely with sales, project management, purchasing, production, and customers Track project changes and update estimates as needed Assist with bid preparation and submission Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation Help identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy and profitability

Qualifications: Previous estimating experience within cabinetry, millwork, countertops, casework, or building materials Ability to read architectural drawings and construction documents Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software Preferred Experience Experience with commercial casework, architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, countertops, or construction estimating is highly desirable.
