Fulfillment Specialist

Compensation: up to $80k annually (1099 Contract)

Location: Fully Remote An established and growing consumer products company is seeking a highly organized Fulfillment & Operations Specialist to support order execution, inventory coordination, vendor management, and operational projects. Responsibilities: Manage orders from receipt through completion Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely execution of operational activities Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records Track key deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones Maintain operational documentation and product data Identify process improvements and help implement scalable workflows Support planning and execution of cross-functional operational initiatives Communicate proactively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in fulfillment, operations, supply chain, logistics, project management, or related functions Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Resourceful problem solver who thrives in dynamic, growing organizations Excellent communication and follow-through Experience with project management and operational software tools preferred
