People Experience Specialist (HR Operations)

BTS Group in the United States is seeking an HR coordinator to serve as the front line for our People Experience team. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, handling onboarding, offboarding, leave management, HRIS data, and employee communications with empathy and clarity. You will collaborate with the PX Business Partner, Payroll and Benefits experts, Recruiting, and IT to implement new HR processes as BTS transitions to a new HR system.
