Position Summary: Leads the community management organization—driving client satisfaction, quality, growth, and operational excellence across regions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for client retention, service quality, and growth. Lead Area Managers and Supervisors; build training, career paths, and succession plans. Standardize SOPs, technology adoption, and risk management; monitor compliance with contracts and laws. Own executive relationships with key Boards/developers; resolve escalations and negotiate renewals. Manage budgets and staffing models; forecast capacity and growth needs. Publish KPIs and QBRs; drive continuous improvement programs.
Qualifications: 12+ years community/property management with significant multi‑site leadership. Proven client relationship, financial, and operational excellence track record. PCAM preferred; exceptional communication and change leadership. Education &
