Military Officer $80/hr Remote

Compensation: $30 - $80/hour

Location: Remote, US-based preferred Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities: Conduct structured elicitation and interview sessions to gather relevant information Establish rapport with participants to encourage open communication Analyze responses in real-time, adjusting questioning strategies as needed Assess reliability and consistency of responses, providing confidence assessments Identify and annotate emotional drivers influencing participants' responses Document analytical reasoning clearly to support downstream review and learning Score sessions according to a detailed rubric, ensuring objectivity and consistency Requirements Expertise in elicitation strategy and investigative questioning Strong attention to detail in reading verbal and behavioral cues Proven ability to conduct interviews with varied subjects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work remotely and manage flexible hours Background in intelligence collection or complex interviewing Familiarity with assessing reliability and internal consistency of responses
