Senior Tax & Regulatory Counsel – Hybrid/Remote

South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) seeks a senior attorney to handle complex tax and regulatory litigation, advise agency leadership, and provide subject-matter expertise on SC sales tax matters. The role includes mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to key agency legal projects. Ideal candidates will have a Juris Doctor from an accredited school, 10+ years of practice, and SC Bar membership. Travel may be required; telework up to two days/week after one year may be possible.
