District Director of Hospitality Operations

Extended Stay America is seeking a District Manager to lead the operations across multiple properties in the assigned district. You will collaborate with General Managers to maximize profitability, drive revenue, manage expenses and ensure adherence to company standards. You will monitor guest and associate satisfaction, oversee training programs, and conduct regular property visits to enforce safety, brand standards and policy compliance.
