Role Description: The Staff Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Raleigh Area. This role is responsible for daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, invoice management, and expense tracking. The Staff Accountant will also prepare bank reconciliations, record journal entries and maintain accurate financial records. Additional responsibilities include supporting month-end and year-end close, preparing financial reports, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. The role collaborates with operations and leadership teams to provide financial insights that support sustainable growth and informed decision-making.

Qualifications: Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense management processes. Strong skills in general accounting, including account reconciliations and supporting financial statement preparation. Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms, Excel, and related financial systems).Ability to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform business decisions. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and leadership teams. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
