Country Head – Sales & Business Development (Hybrid/Remote within US or Canada) Hire Rightt is conducting a confidential, retained executive search for a Country Head – Sales & Business Development to lead the North American market for our client, a fast-scaling, US-headquartered SEO and digital authority-building company.
About the Opportunity:
Our client has spent over 15 years building one of the industry's most trusted white-label fulfillment operations, serving 150+ agency partners worldwide with a 93% partner retention rate, backed by a 300+ person global delivery team across six offices. Operating as a "silent partner" to agencies rather than a brand consumers see directly, the company is now expanding from SEO and link-building into a broader "Authority Infrastructure & Growth Partner" position — covering Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI search visibility, and digital PR.North America is the company's largest and most strategic market, and has never had a dedicated, senior commercial leader on the ground. This is a founding, build mandate: you will establish and scale the North American commercial function from first principles, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.What You'll OwnFull revenue responsibility for North America: building and executing a go-to-market strategy for new agency partnerships across the US and Canada Serving as the senior commercial face of the business in the region, representing the company at industry events and in strategic partner negotiations Building repeatable, scalable partner-acquisition processes suited to a white-label, agency-to-agency (B2B2B) sales model Translating the company's evolving GEO, AI-search, and digital PR capabilities into a commercial narrative for agency buyers Laying the groundwork for a regional team as the North American business grows
What We're Looking For:- 12-18+ years of progressive sales and business development leadership, with direct, personal revenue ownership — not a marketing, product, or client-services background
- Genuine, hands-on experience in the digital marketing, SEO, AdTech/MarTech, or agency ecosystem
- A track record of building a market or business line from an early stage
- Comfort operating in a white-label, B2B2B sales model
- Executive presence to represent the business independently, while staying hands-on with day-to-day pipeline execution
- Based in, the United States or Canada with valid work authorization
Why This RoleThis is a genuine build mandate with founder-level access and direct reporting not a role inside a large commercial organization. You'll be joining at an inflection point, with a proven underlying business behind you (150+ agency partners, 93% retention) and real influence over how the company's next chapter reaches the North American market.
