What You’ll Do: As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll help organizations solve business and technology challenges by building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering talent and consulting solutions. In this role, you will: Build relationships with business leaders and executives Run the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing and account growth Learn a consultative, solution-focused sales approach Develop and manage client relationships Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth Meet with clients in person and virtually Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
