Senior Traffic Program Lead ITS & Mobility

Consor is seeking a Senior Traffic Project Manager in the Houston region to lead complex transportation projects from planning and traffic studies through design, implementation, and construction support. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage scopes and budgets, and ensure high-quality technical delivery. You will also mentor staff, drive business development with clients and agencies, and oversee PS&E packages while maintaining schedule and profitability.
