UVA Community Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join Bull Run Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.
Position Highlights:
- Established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manassas, VA1.0 FTE opportunity with 36 patient-facing hours per week
- Flexible scheduling with options for a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek
- Collaborative team of 15+ providers
- Shared call model among 3 practices with Envera RN triage support, averaging approximately 2-3 weeks annually
- Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AISchedule
Clinic hours: Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM - 7:00 PMWednesday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PMProviders typically work one extended day each week to support scheduling flexibility. Patient VolumeLong day: 24-32 patients Regular day: 20-24 patients Half day: 11-13 patients Ancillary Services LabCorp onsite services at Prince William Medical CenterNurse visits Myriad cancer screening
Qualifications:
