This is an excellent opportunity to develop your professional growth in international and domestic logistics.[Job Description]Prepare, control, and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)Ensure system information match with actual documentationCommunicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freightMediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper deliveryEnsure accuracy and completeness of import documentationAct as an operational liaison with customer to provide excellent, professional customer serviceCoordinate truck deliveries with dispatch teamHandle order fulfillment operations, billing, and customer service functions in a timely mannerRequirementsAssociates Degree (minimum); Bachelor's Degree (preferred)1+ years of experience in handling customer service (preferred)1+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred) Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Speaks Korean (mandatory) Must be authorized to work in U.S.
