Appointment Coordinator - Immediate Openings (Vienna) | $65,000-$95,000

A clear conversation and a well-timed follow-up can make someone's next step much easier. That is the work of the Appointment Coordinator. You will communicate with prospective clients, clarify what they want to discuss, arrange next conversations, and keep contact information and follow-up organized. This is a full-time, in-office role with a clear workflow and regular team support as you learn. Previous insurance experience is not required. Training helps you learn the process, build confidence with common conversations, and become more efficient with the systems used by the team. We value someone who listens carefully, keeps commitments, and is willing to improve through practice. Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, restaurants, retail, or scheduling can be useful but is not required. As you build consistency, you can take on greater client responsibility in a role that offers strong income opportunity. Immediate openings are available.
