Crusher Plant Operator

Responsibilities: Operate and monitor all crushing plant machinery, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and related equipment. Conduct pre-operation checks, routine inspections, and basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues. Adjust crusher settings and screen sizes to achieve desired material specifications and production rates. Load and unload materials using heavy equipment such as excavators or loaders as needed. Monitor aggregate stockpiles and coordinate material flow to maintain continuous operation. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and other required documentation. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot operational issues and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift heavy objects, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
