Head of Hyperscale Development

Montera, a remote-first company building hyperscale data centers, seeks a Chief Development Officer to lead the development organization and expand the national platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will own development strategy, market selection, land acquisition, power strategy, and technical due diligence. You will build a scalable development function, mitigate risks early, and guide projects from opportunity through construction readiness.
