Schedule: Full-time with occasional on-call rotation

What You'll Do:
- Help respond to water, fire, and mold damage jobs
- Assist with drying, equipment set up, demolition, and clean upTake photos and document work (we'll show you how)
- Work directly with customers and support them during stressful situations
- Learn industry skills alongside experienced team members
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and ready to work
- Willing to learn new skills (we train you!)Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, working in different environments)
- Valid driver's license
