Have Skills:
Prior experience in health insurance or benefits enrollment Knowledge of healthcare policy and program procedures Familiarity with remote working tools like Microsoft Teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Healthcare or call center experience preferred but not required
Other Requirements:
Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 300 Mbps Willingness to respond promptly to emails, calls, and messages during work hours Physical ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer
