We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and architecture of an enterprise Semantic Layer and Microsoft Fabric platform. This role will own end-to-end solution strategies, develop governed semantic models, and enable trusted self-service analytics across Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities: Design and own enterprise semantic models in Microsoft Fabric, including Direct Lake, composite and import models. Architect and govern Power BI semantic models, reusable datasets, measures, and calculation frameworks. Establish governance standards including RLS, OLS, dataset certification, sensitivity labels, lineage, and access controls. Ensure SOX-compliant lineage, audit trails, change management, and access controls for financial reporting models. Integrate Fabric semantic models with Tableau, Qlik Sense, Micro Strategy, Grafana, Excel, and other downstream BI platforms. Define secure integration patterns for AI/LLM tools such as Claude and Azure OpenAI with semantic-layer data. Lead architectural reviews, technical trade-off discussions, POCs, and solution roadmaps. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data architecture. Establish standards for DAX, model partitioning, incremental refresh, aggregation tables, deployment pipelines, Git, XMLA, and Tabular Editor. Mentor technical teams and contribute to reusable frameworks, best practices, and architecture assets.

Experience integrating third-party BI platforms and AI/LLM technologies. Strong solution architecture, stakeholder management, and technical leadership experience.
Additional Requirements: FAANG / Product / Top-Tier 1 company experience mandatory.10+ years of overall experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. No specific certification required.
