Outpatient physical therapy setting 5x 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week 30-minute meal break No on-call requirements Uses InSync EMR Active PT license required (license required if applicable) Compact license accepted to start, but full state license must be obtained while on assignment Experience in the outpatient setting required One professional reference required SSN required for consideration Equipment details provided during interview Parking and dress code information provided on first day Lunch is automatically deducted if clinician does not clock out Clinicians previously employed by the facility on a PRN or permanent basis must have a one-year separation before returning as a travelers Virtual interview process required as part of candidate evaluation
