Providing dedicated scheduling and administrative coordination for ergonomics services, the full-time Ergonomics Scheduler will manage appointment requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure effective communication among clients and providers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities: Receive and respond to ergonomics scheduling requests, managing initial and follow-up appointments Maintain complete and accurate scheduling records while supporting routine reporting and data-quality reviews Communicate professionally with clients and providers regarding appointment status and logistical detailsRequired qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field preferred Experience in scheduling or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare environment Familiarity with scheduling software and documentation systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
