Key Responsibilities:
Key Account Development: Lead the sales lifecycle and business development for targeted overseas data center accounts, consistently hitting annual revenue and project closure targets. Target Segment Execution: Drive market adoption of advanced thermal management products and integrated cooling solutions across Hyperscale, Colocation (Colo), and AI infrastructure clients, alongside EPCs and system integrator ecosystems. Technical Solution Matching: Deeply understand client requirements across power density, liquid-to-chip/air cooling configurations, energy efficiency metrics (PUE), redundancy tiers, and system reliability to position tailored thermal architectures. Deal Execution & Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end commercial negotiations, contract execution, pricing structures, and order fulfillment—from initial opportunity discovery through payment collection. Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate internal technical, product management, legal, regional sales, and post-sales delivery teams to ensure flawless execution on key projects. Account Expansion: Build long-term executive relationships, mapping customer lifecycles to unlock expansion, renewal, and multi-category cross-selling opportunities. Market Intelligence: Aggregate pipeline data, account mapping, competitive analysis, and industry trends to shape regional expansion strategies.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC, Refrigeration, Energy/Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of direct sales experience within data center thermal management, high-efficiency HVAC, liquid cooling, or central cooling plant solutions. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of data center cooling architectures, high-density compute requirements, liquid cooling CDUs, air-to-liquid scenarios, and precision air conditioning. Sales Track Record: Proven background managing end-to-end sales cycles with Hyperscale, Colo, AI Infra, EPC, or major system integrator accounts. Cross-Functional Agility: Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional engineering, operations, and leadership teams to close complex enterprise projects. Global Readiness: Full professional English fluency; willingness to support international communication and travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior success managing accounts or projects involving major tech enterprises (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Oracle, OpenAI, NVIDIA).Experience selling integrated primary-side and secondary-side thermal systems. Strong relationships with MEP consultants, general contractors, EPCs, and mission-critical system integrators. Hands-on expertise with liquid cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), rear-door heat exchangers, air walls, and large-scale central cooling plants.
