Company Description:
Soofa is a sustainable media company founded in 2014 out of the MIT Media Lab, focused on solar-powered Soofa Signs that serve as communication tools for cities and advertisers. Our installations are active in more than 57 cities across the U.S., with ongoing expansion plans. Advertisers benefit from high-traffic, distinctive locations, measurable performance, and real-time messaging updates, while cities use our neighborhood news feed to share urgent alerts and community-focused content. We partner with a wide range of brands and municipalities committed to sustainable advertising and engaging urban experiences. Our passionate team of engineers, designers, and problem-solvers is based in Cambridge, MA and other locations worldwide, working together to improve how people experience life in cities.
