We deliver projects valued from $500K$5M across manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, and higher education clients, split roughly between re-roofing, new construction, and service work. We're looking for a Sales Representative ready to learn our services, mission, and industry, and start providing solutions for a large client base with an extensive training program and an experienced support team behind you.
What You'll Do:
- Prospect and build a pipeline of new commercial roofing and waterproofing opportunities
- Navigate organizations to move deals from inception to close using solution selling
- Collaborate with estimating, operations, and technicians to turn opportunities into signed work
- Complete ongoing sales, service, and industry training
- What You Bring 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and comfort handling rejection
- Comfort with heights and ladders
